Official Seal
The Charlotte seal represents our rich history. The elements of the seal are the tulip design from the canopy of the Kennedy Building at the top to symbolize that this is a modern university, the two Cs in the middle to represent Charlotte College, from which the new campus sprang, and the pinecone at the bottom for the Old North State, land of the longleaf pine. The use of the seal is reserved for our most official forms of communication.
The seal should never be locked up with any other logos or marks. The seal should also not be modified in any way.
